A ‘vicious circle’ of debilitating symptoms had emerged from our thorough investigation. Over 13 directors and managers received mentoring and coaching to rectify deficiencies in their management/leadership skills, business knowledge and attitudes. - A British market leader in environmental control equipment lacked clear vision and strategic direction.
